Donation terms & campaign purposes
Donations are voluntary gifts to the church, not purchases, investments, or payments in exchange for a promised financial or spiritual outcome. A donation is not required to inquire about or participate in church gatherings.
The ten campaigns on this website are planned church fundraising purposes. Their descriptions explain intended uses; they do not represent completed programs or results. Confirm campaign availability with the church before making a gift.
When giving becomes available, the checkout must identify the recipient, campaign, currency, amount, any optional fees, and whether the gift is one-time or recurring before authorization. No recurring gift may be created without the donor’s express agreement.
The church will use accepted designated gifts for the stated purpose. If that purpose becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, the church will contact the donor about an alternative designation or refund rather than silently redirect the gift.
No tax deduction is guaranteed by this website. Request donation documentation from the church and confirm your circumstances with your tax adviser.
Refund & dispute policy
If a gift was duplicated, made in error, processed for the wrong amount, or appears unauthorized, contact the church promptly. For an ordinary mistaken-gift request, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. This request window does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or your payment provider’s rules.
Provide the transaction details and explain the reason for your request. The church will review the records and work with you to resolve the issue. The support target is to acknowledge a request within five business days and communicate a decision or progress update within ten business days after receiving the necessary information.
Approved refunds will be submitted through the original payment method where supported. After submission, the bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears; allow approximately 5–10 business days, subject to provider processing. The church will confirm the refund status or explain any delay.
For a disputed or unrecognized charge, you may contact the church for assistance and also contact your bank or payment provider. Contacting the church is not a prerequisite to exercising your dispute rights. Keep the original receipt and correspondence. These policies do not waive statutory, bank, or card-network rights.
Cancellation policy
This website currently collects no payments and offers no recurring donation enrollment, paid reservations, or subscriptions.
If recurring giving is introduced, you may cancel future gifts through the payment provider’s donor portal, if available, or by contacting the church by phone or email. Send the request at least three business days before the next scheduled charge where possible. The church will confirm cancellation and will not intentionally initiate additional gifts after the cancellation is processed.
If a payment has already been initiated, the church will explain its status and apply the refund process where appropriate. Canceling future gifts does not automatically refund previous gifts. Free church gatherings do not require a paid cancellation process.
Returns, goods & fulfillment
This website does not sell or ship physical goods. A product return, exchange, shipping, or export process is therefore not applicable. Donation concerns follow the refund and dispute policy above.
If the church later sells goods or offers paid events through this site, the applicable price, fulfillment, return, and cancellation terms will be published before those transactions are enabled.
Legal & export restrictions
This site is for church information and charitable giving purposes. It does not export physical products. Any future payment processing is subject to applicable law, financial sanctions, and the supported countries and eligibility rules of the selected payment provider.
Do not use the website or giving channels for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized payments, or transfers on behalf of a prohibited person or entity. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Where legally required, donor identity or transaction verification may be requested through an appropriate secure channel.
Promotions, matching gifts & incentives
No discounts, prizes, raffles, matching-gift offers, or other promotional incentives are currently offered on this website. Campaign names and descriptions are not promotions or promises of personal benefit.
Any future promotion will publish its specific eligibility, start and end dates, limits, sponsor or matching source, and conditions before launch. No matching gift should be assumed unless explicitly confirmed in those published terms.
Website terms
Use the site respectfully and lawfully. Church content provides information and spiritual teaching; it is not individualized legal, financial, or medical advice. External media and future payment services are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms and privacy practices.
The church may update website content and these policies. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to a gift already made. Policies applicable at the time of a transaction and mandatory law govern that transaction. Questions about these terms can be sent to the church support contacts above.
